Looks like Ranil won this time. Govt. changed the policy again yesterday. Now they are back to square one. (So why all this noise? Was it purely to divert public attention from the burning issues?) Anyway, this is what Lankadeepa reported today. Issue is open for discussion.

There was a guy there wwho consistrently kicked my but.
In the Tablero version the game is played wiyh coins, when converted
to Toblaro it is then a game played with shot glasses. Have fun when dating –
but do not gice your heart away so easily.
