It is true that more than 4000 schools are vacant for principal post and even the majority of principlas who are currently working in schools are politically appointed without propr qualifications. The Government called applications for Principal Grade 2-II & Grade III Exams in 2005 and they were held in 2006. The most unfortunate thing happend was that the MoE wanted to give appointments to their political supporters together with those who passed th written exam. As a result, those who passed the exam are still waiting for their suspended appointments to be reactivated, while the Supreme court has given a decision to appoint the candidates who scored mor than 155 marks @ the written exam. The MoE is still sleeping. Out of 323 National schools, 86 National schools are running without principals. Media are criticizing the lethgic behaviour of the Minister of Education everyday….. H.E President… We appeal you … Please tke a prompt action against this

Any way there schools carried on unsuitable administrations by principals. We need more principals with in good educated and had experienced ones..
